It was not a good process for someone with anxiety. The interview panel consisted of four people, which I think is a bit much. They also asked a lot of situational questions that I found difficult to answer having not been in that position before.

It was a very short and simple inter view. They ask questions about how you would handle certain situations on the job and what you think crossing guarding means. It was a very nice interview and I felt no pressure.
