I had an interview with one of the company’s managers, and the experience was quite disappointing. The conversation took place in a context that felt marked by distrust: the manager didn’t seem prepared, asked disorganized questions, and often strayed off-topic.
He repeatedly double-checked information that was clearly stated on my CV, asking questions like “How many years did you work at this company?”—despite having mentioned earlier that he had my CV in front of him. This gave the impression that he didn’t trust my answers.
His overall attitude came across as rather arrogant, which made the interview unpleasant.
