Interview
I sent the resume and a short letter of intent and I was contacted in a few weeks.
I had the first interview at their office in Stockholm. I received feedback in a few days and the following week I received a practical test for which I had another week to prepare and present it.
After the test case I was sent the offer in another few days.
It was an online interview on Zoom and it was a very casual and non-pressured interview for the first stage. The next stage entails a questionnaire and a 60 minute final interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Precis Digital (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Feb 2019
Interview
Very good experience in overall.
The whole process consisted of one screening phone call and two video calls with the team.
The first video call was mostly around the candidate's experience and the teams expectations. It was not too formal, but rather pleasant and straight to the point.
For the second (and the final) video call there was a task to prepare a presentation basing on two cases and some follow up questions.
I truly enjoyed the process - no redundant interviews, everything is to the point, the team is knowledgable and really nice. I highly appreciate the support from HR's side (probably the best experience I've ever had) - timely updates and follows up, providing all the needed details and being polite.
I received an offer from Precis, however decided to go with another company in another part of the globe (for more of a personal reasons).
