Phone interview, then moved on to two rounds of two person interviews. These went really well. The questions were very formulated. It was not very fast paced and I had to reach out to see what the next steps were, to try and speed up the process.
Personable and professional. Warm and friendly environment. They're extremely flexible and everyone is just trying to look for someone who would mesh well with their team. Some teams are friendlier than others so if you don't fit in one office, you will in another.

The process was pretty easy and only took about a week. I had two separate interviews with two Managing Partners and both asked general questions about my skills and experience.

When was a time when you had to collaborate within a group?
The process was enjoyable and efficient. All interviews took place over video due to COVID. This did not hinder the potential to connect with the staff and get a good overall feeling for the company culture. There was a few rounds of interviewing with staff at different levels in the company. It was very enjoyable.
