      Plant Controller Interview

      21 Jul 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Arlington, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Precision Castparts (Arlington, TX) in Jun 2015

      Interview

Recruiter contacted e regarding the position. Had an phone interview. Was asked to complete four hours of testing. Recruiter received email that testing was complete and they wanted a face to face. Interviewed on site with GM and HR. GM requested that HR schedule next steps with group controller and cover benefit package with me. One week later HR called and stated I had done poorly on testing and that I would not be moving on to the next step in hiring. Do not understand why they would schedule an on site interview if testing had gone poorly. Also, GM covered testing results with me and nothing was under 80%.
