I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Precoa (Tigard, OR) in Sept 2014
Interview
A real pain. You must go through Ajilon. Several tests are required, a drug test, a phone interview, a secondary interview which requires a half day (unpaid) of shadowing current employees. From there, they told me I would work eight hour shifts during training, then changed it to ten with no warning.

Question 1
Do you have sales experience? Call center experience?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Precoa (Orem, UT) in Jan 2019
Interview
Took less than two weeks, brought me in and asked only behavioral questions with a couple of questions on how I had performed in my sales experience in the past. Overall was a positive experience! I learned in my interview so it was great.
