I applied via indeed and was contacted by a recruiter a day or two later. I had read some poor reviews on Glassdoor about this place but needed a job so I scheduled an interview.
When I went to the mid afternoon interview, there was no receptionist and the recruiter I spoke with wasn't there either. After 10 mins I was met by an HR manager who asked if I filled out a company application (which I hadn't since I applied through indeed), and then sent me into a room to fill out the paperwork. She said after I fill out the application "then we'll talk." After 15 mins of waiting I was met by a lower level HR assistant for some very basic interview questions. She left and said the other lady would be in soon. 15 minutes passed and the assistant came back and said the manager was on the phone and would be a little late. Ok I said, no problem. 20 mins passed and the assistant came back and said the manager was still on the phone interviewing people and would be another 5-10 mins. I was polite and said ok, no problem. Another 15 mins passed and when the assistant came back and said I should go, took down my contact info and said "we'll contact you later." The assistant was down to earth and seemed genuinely sorry that they had wasted my time. After all, she was just the messenger.
I left the place after an hour of sitting by myself in a room waiting to get interviewed. I was never contacted by anyone, including the first recruiter, for an apology or a second interview.
This company is terrible and very unorganized. The fact that the manager was phone interviewing people while I was there in person is ridiculously unprofessional. I understand if the first recruiter I spoke with was sick and didn't tell them that I was coming, but he didn't even let me know either. It would've been fine if they had just let me know they were busy and couldn't interview me. But they made it seem like they were interested in interviewing me, only to waste my time.
Stay away from this company if you can.
