The initial contact was a 20 minute phone interview with the COO (chief operations officer), then a 50 minute face to face interview with same as well as the VP of Sales. They asked a couple questions, specific to their industry and tax reporting that I wasn't familiar with. I handled this by saying I'd provide the answer before I drive home today and call back with the answer. This was in fact new legislation for our state on sales taxes.
