Started with a phone call interview, then two to three face to face interviews and a group panel luncheon type event. The HR manager sent over the offer and was required to be accepted with a limited amount of time in between to consider other options.

Interview
Initial phone interview, a few online assessments, and then an in-person interview. Overall a good process and the interview was very friendly. Asked both professional and personality questions. Seemed like a genuinely nice team and a very calm environment.
5 Parts: 1) Call with Recruiter, 2) 3-Part Quantitative Test 3) Interview with Recruiter, 4) Culture Fit Interview with Team Leads, 5) Final Interview with Managing Partners. 3-Part Quantitative Test is pretty fair and is used to determine aptitude for thinking and basic skills.
