Interview
It’s the ordinary process of setting up the interview. They call you for a good day, they’re usually pretty flexible. The interview you at the location you’re applying for and they’re a pretty open book. They initiate the interview with explaining what they’re trying to achieve as a growing company. They ask you about your experience and passion towards to position; they like to go for people that doesn’t like to think of it as “just another job.” It feels like a conversation more than an interview, they know how to get rid of the interview jitters and ease into everything.
