Phone interview with recruiter, then in-person interview with hiring manager. All stock questions, not conversational at all. Lots of questions about how you dealt with past mistakes/failure. HR emailed me a list of "potential" interview questions in advance, almost all of which I was asked between the screening interview and the one-on-one interview.

Asked previous experiences, did couple computer proficiency tests, they performed a background check, asked about how much background information I had with Premera. The interview process went by pretty quickly. Interview to hiring took a total of 1-3weeks
