Slow and painful cannot seem to make decisions

They make the job out to be as great as possible, don't bring you up to the salon to see that they're going downhill and there's more tumbleweeds going through the salon than there are clients. The interview process was painless and was just a lot of basic questions that didn't require any thinking to answer.
