I spoke with a recruiter on the phone and she asked about my job history and why I was looking for a new role. Meet with 2 managers and the CEO. They asked questions about my experience and examples of how I managed people and processes. I got a tour of the facility and everyone was very nice. The interview lasted about 2 1/2 hours.
