I applied online. I interviewed at Premier World Capital (London, England)
Interview
Assessment day was the toughest part of the whole Premier World Capital selection process to me.
It started with a recorded interview for part 1 and followed by an mixture of online group activities and interviews over 3 hours for part 2.
All the interviewees got to meet one another, so I know who I'm up against and what is the level of my competition.
Interviewers ranged from associate to vp levels. Questions are very similar to S&T interviews I did at other financial services firms.
Mainly resume questions, behavioural, and technical questions about the market.

Interview
Fantastic interview process. The multiple hiring stages were standard. Interviews were high stress but I felt like they cared about me as an individual. Questions were not too technical. Perhaps this is so for entry level fresh graduate positions at the firm.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Premier World Capital
Interview
I reached out to them over my university's portal to find out more about their roles. Premier World Capital gave me professional and straightforward answers. I told them that I was still in my final year and wasn't looking to commit to a firm at the moment, so they didn't go too in depth and left it as "please stay in touch". They seem to appreciate that I didn't waste time or misrepresent my interest.
