It is a brief phone interview basically checking to see if you meet qualifications are able to work the schedule that will be provided.Then after assessment and interview position is offered at the end of phone interview.

Interview
It was quick and easy. The questions were not to difficult. The process was smooth. The atmosphere was great. I was told I would be contacted in a few days and I was. I got the job. I am happy here. I just wish the bonus structure was more attainable and paid out more.

Interview
It was quick, but it was in depth. I just remember he had a lot of questions surrounding how I act in certain situations. I had two one on one interviews in one sitting. It seems to be first as HR person and then a supervisor.
