It consisted of a recruiter reaching out to me and then a director reaching out. It was an average interview that lasted for about an hour. It was like every nursing interview that asked about situational questions.

Question 1
Situational questions, what is your back ground, why did you want to become a nurse
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Premise Health (New York, NY) in May 2025
Interview
The interview was virtual and was pretty laid back and they do their best to make you feel comfortable. I wasn't what they were looking for though but lasts about 30 minutes. They wanted someone who knows how to utilize their time in a slower paced environment so I was told.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Premise Health
Interview
The company's recruiting staff were very responsive initially. I met with a recruiter first and then was scheduled with a hiring manager on a different day. Both interviews were virtual. The hiring manager was a no show for the interview. I emailed and they apologized, and we rescheduled. I interviewed and was instructed at the end of my interview to email my availability over the next two weeks to meet with on-site leadership which I did. I never received any response. I noticed the job title has changed recently too.
