Step 1: Interview with recruiter Step 2: Interview with Lab manager Step three was suppose to be an interview with a supervisor and another phlebotomist I would be working with. I don’t mind that step three never happened. It just would of been nice to receive an email update if the company chose go with someone else after me spending $100 for an uber to the interview.
