Presbyterian SeniorCare Network interview questions

The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward. I was in high school at the time, so I was tripped up on some of the questions and the interviewer helped me out in a sense and still offered me a position.

Submit online, get a call, wait to here about interview, schedule interview. Met briefly with an individual from HR who asked some normal interview questions (strengths/weaknesses, talk about a conflict you've had with a coworker, etc.), after which I spoke with the Supervisor for that department. It was more of a conversation than a formal interview at that point, so I had more detail about the position.
