I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone I met at Prescient was friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable interview environment. The questions asked seemed more aimed at understanding me as a person and my work history and career goals. The interview process was structured and followed a logical flow, with clear communication about each stage. First with HR, then with the Head of the group, followed by a technical assessment. Overall, I had a very positive interview experience with Prescient. The process was organised, the people were great, and they seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as a candidate.
