Interview
I came into the company when they were 12. I basically had an individual interview with each person on the team. You could feel the excitement these folks had when talking about working at PL and they drilled me a lot on culture. I appreciated this because this was an opportunity for me to make an impact somewhere on the company not directly related to the product.

Question 1
The most important question these folks will ask you is "why PL?" and this is because they hand pick people that are looking to work for a company that has a mission, not a company with a bunch of perks.
