The first interview was from HR, and she didn't show much, if any enthusiasm for her role or the prospective one I was applying for. I almost didn't go to the second one, in person at the local branch. The in person interview we very well though. They seemed nice and well organized. I met with two employees. I applied for a part time position, and these two couldn't answer specific questions about the compensation expectations or PTO, which was fine. When Tanya called me back after this interview, she wanted to answer my questions and to make me an offer. She said while part time employees with them can request time off, no PTO is offered. I told her that was a deal breaker for me, and she tried to get me to listen to the offer, but I wasn't interested. I thanked her for their time and wished them luck on finding a more suitable candidate.
