Interview with a product manager, followed by a low effort home case and then an interview with a co-founder and a quick friendly chat with a teammate before an offer was made.
Fairly quick and to the point hiring process without too many steps, that's a plus. Be prepared to share some cool project from your portfolio, better if it's some kind of desktop SaaS product.
