The interview process involves screening resumes, conducting technical and HR interviews, and evaluating a candidate’s skills, experience, communication, attitude, and cultural fit to determine suitability for the role and organization.

The Interview process is professional and asked the basic questions related to supply chain management and gave scenarios based questions. Head of Supply chain management interviewed me himself and asked both academic and role based questions. Interview lasted around 10 -15 mins.
