Interview
The interview was quite quick, the staff asked me a number of questions to do with retail and my personal input in teamwork etc. The 2 managers who interviews me were very nice and it was more like a chat than an interview.
It was a very clear and easy to follow interview process. Overall it took about 30 minutes to complete. There was two people from Primark attending the interview and then myself.

What prior experience helps you with this position?
Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
face to face, very easy and friendly conversation with the hiring manager. i applied for nightshift role.Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers were friendly, informative, and focused on both technical skills and cultural fit.
