There is a standard checklist that they follow. You answer basic, straightforward questions you would expect and are scored as a result. It is very easy to prepare for. You are scored on a rating scale, I believe numerical!

Interview
Very quick and easy process. I had a face-to-face interview with the Assistant Manager.
He went over my CV, what experience I could bring to the role and what hours I could work.
Very simple and straightforward questions. Nothing challenging. Took place in an empty office with no distractions. Questions mainly about my skills and why I was suitable for the role. Took around 30 mins to an hour.
It was a group interview initially then we were taken to have a one to one. After which we basically had a trial shift for a couple of hours. They spoke to us about working with the business and allowed us to ask questions
