I applied online and had to complete an assessment where they gave you scenarios and you would have to pick the best answer regarding how you would act if you were in that situation. They responded back to me via email 3 weeks later asking me to book an interview.
Applied for the position through the company's career website. My application was successfully shortlisted, and I was invited to attend an in-person interview to discuss my suitability for the role.

Simple competency questions and also availability questions etc. , easy enough to answer, lovely lady interviewing me, overall good experience even if you dont get an offer god experience to do.
