Interview
Applied online through the Primark website. Was then asked for an interview 2 days later. The interview itself was nothing too difficult. It was a one-to-one interview with the HR manager and the interview lasted for about 20 minutes. Received an offer 2 days after the interview and was asked to attend an induction day. The induction day consisted of getting all the paperwork sorted, learning more about the company and knowing which department I would be working in.

It was a competency based interview so there will be a few "talk about a time when you...", so be prepared to give examples.
Once you apply for the job you got to give an assessment. try and answer the best way you can. in a week's time you will get a call asking about your availability. interview is simple and easy. Talk about your skills and good communication.

Interviewer was nice however they called me in expecting me to work days and hours that didn't match the advertised contract. I explained that I wasn't able to meet with them with their expected hours so we than eneded the interview early.
