As it was a new store the interviews were done on a large scale in a hotels conference rooms hired for the recruitment process. You were seen by an individual at a table, you were taken through your application step by step, asked questions about each section you submitted and asked to provide examples of different situations.

Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.
