Interview
The interviewer was nice. They mostly asked about my availability, and how long it took me to get there.
The interview was short, it took about 15 min.
They also asked me if I preferred English or German.
You do need to bring a printed version of your CV beforehand.

Question 1
First, they asked how would I describe myself in 3 words?
Individual phone interview asking basic questions about sales experience in fast-paced environments and expectations. As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.
Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
Concise and to the point: CV review and experience highlights, with questions on each role and how my responsibilities, skills, and impact would translate to Primark and future career fit.
