Interview
It's a very simple process, you do a 10 minute online application. It took a month for me to hear from them. I was invited to an interview, where they ask basic questions and give you some information about the job, and then if you get the job you are invited back for an induction and health and safety exam.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
