New STAR style questions have been introduced to allow for more open conversations. Interviewing manager was friendly and genuinely intrigued with my answers which led to a lot of 2-way conversation.

Question 1
Can you describe to me a situation where you had to work with difficult people?
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
