Prime Storage Group interview questions

I was initially contacted for a phone interview with a recruiter, which was handled very professionally and left a positive first impression. Following that, I was scheduled for an in-person interview. When I arrived for the in-person interview, I was not greeted and had to locate someone myself, which created an uncomfortable start. Once I found assistance, I was brought to the interview space and introduced to the manager, along with another individual who was in training and observing. The interview itself consisted mostly of standard, surface-level questions that didn’t seem to effectively assess candidate qualifications or fit. Overall, the interaction felt somewhat disengaged. There appeared to be a lack of confidence and connection during the interview, which made the experience feel uneven. At the conclusion, I was told I would be contacted either way. As I was leaving, I turned back to say goodbye and noticed an unexpectedly negative facial expression from the interviewer, which added to the overall discomfort of the experience. I remained professional throughout. A few days later, I received a message through Indeed informing me that I was not selected. Shortly after, I noticed the position was reposted. While the initial phone interaction was strong, the in-person experience felt disorganized and unwelcoming. Overall, it did not leave a positive impression.
