I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Primerica (Fenton, MO) in Jun 2010
Interview
I did not actually apply to this firm as they actually found me. I think it might have been from a two year old resume that was on file at my college. I went in for the first interview where I filled out an official application for the position which I was not told of the position yet. I then went in and they asked very basic questions about my college and work experience. It really felt more like a sales pitch than anything. I was way overdressed apparently because they wore business casual and I wore a suit. I passed that interview and then went in for my second interview where I brought references and found out a lot more about the position. They really liked the fact that I had set up a business before and made a offer of employment to me.

They just asked questions about my work background as it felt like more of a sales pitch.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Primerica (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2024
Interview
I met with a rep over zoom call and we spoke about Primerica's mission, origin, and and job responsibilities. They explained everything thoroughly. I am really happy to be able to work from home. I can't wait to start.
Watching a sales video of a head hauncho trying to make you believe you can just fall into a six figure position with a financial management company... I will never entrust someone with my money and future plans who comes off the street, gets a certificate in 3 months or less.

None were asked, it's a sales zoom meeting to sell you a job. You basically work for yourself.
