Interview
I applied through elitmus. The first shortlisting is through the ph score. The interview was in Pune. There were basically 2 rounds one technical and the other was hr. in technical questions were asked from project and traning and in hr round normal hr questions were asked. I had 3 hr round with 3 different people. After all this some of the students were shortlisted and they were given a form to fill with basic details in it and after this they asked as to go and they said they will contact in 10 days. Unfortunately they didn't call me. But the overall experience was good.
Easy interview questions - situational. HR person seemed very nice and honest. Questions were about things I have done at my previous job and how it connected to traits they were looking for

Interview
Had to post a video of me describing my resume during the application that was stressful. Actual interview was standard. Did not move forward because there was a hiring freeze at the time.
I had given my interviews through the pool campus. Hence there was brief introduction to tell what the company does and what will our role be, then there was shortlisting via an aptitude test and 3 rounds of interviews after.

Question 1
They mostly asked situation based questions to test how quickly you can come up with solutions to management/ team/ daily task related problems. Also asked me what was my career plan , where do you see yourself 5 years down the line.
