Had two phone interviews. The first was a general HR interview asking basic questions about projects I had completed in school. The second phone interview I spoke with numerous managers in different roles of the company. They really focused on making sure you got to do what you were interested in rather than just putting you wherever they needed you.

Very good conversation going through and the interviewer give a lot of opportunity for the interviewee to express freely their thoughts to help to more understanding each other. and they are very friendly throughout the whole interview.

Flew in the night before the interview with welcome dinner with the employees. Full day interview scheduled the next day. Flight ticket and accommodations were provided. Friendly employees. Multiple interviews and sessions made the interview day lengthy
