The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Principle One (Singapore)
Interview
I went through 2 rounds of interviews, the first was with who I believe were the Team Lead and Head the Office. They were generally pretty pleasant to talk to and were not rude in any way.
2nd Round was a few weeks later and was with an Assistant Project Manager and Account Manager, the people would have been my colleagues and teammates. There was also another person who attended via Video Conferencing, I believe he was in a Technical Advisor role but did not really talk much. Interviewers were pleasant as well and the intention of the interview was kind of to see if we could be aligned and be a good fit.
After the second interview it was a few weeks before I received an offer. From what I was told, as company HQ was in Hong Kong, they had to discuss with the HK team before moving forward with a new hire.
Overall a pretty pleasant experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Principle One (London, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
Interview with 1 employee and 1 director. Ask about strengths and how you obtained them with experience. Talked about my resume and asked questions on it along with the cover letter. Ask questions about the industry and asked how I would solve industry issues which was a bit of a heavy question discussing 'r*pe'
