I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Printfresh Studio (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Arrived 5 minutes early. Waited 15 minutes past the interview time. The interview lasted several hours. Met with multiple groups of people, who asked repetitive questions of a printed sheet of questions. Some questions didn't relate to the job. Some questions seemed personal. They provided a sheet of paper asking for your previous salary. They spent 20 - 30 minutes describing the company to you and their company values. Once made an offer both CEO's were not available to discuss salary. It was take it or leave it.

I applied online. I interviewed at Printfresh Studio (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I am a former employee of this company. I was interviewed 3 times for several hours via phone and in person by multiple employees asking the same questions, the last interview was after a design test was completed and they decided to hire me. I also helped perform interviews once hired. As far as diversity goes, there is almost none. There were instances when helping interview candidates that a black candidate told us to look around, and said, you must notice no one here looks like me, and because of that I don’t feel safe working in a space like this. I won’t be your token hire.
