Interview
All the interviewers (I spoke to six individuals overall) were really friendly and made me feel comfortable, however it was really unprofessional of them to lead me on and tell me I'm doing well, and then reject me through my recruitment agent and never provide feedback. They never rejected me directly either; my agent just texted 'Sorry it's going to be a no.'

1) Why I wanted to go into recruitment 2) What attracted me to PER 3) Which skills of mine would help me in this role 4) How I dealt with difficult people They also had a home research task where you had to find a set of potential candidates complying with a given spec from LinkedIn, as well as a task where you had to write a job advert and then join a role-play phone call to sell that job to a potential candidate.
