The selection process was structured and insightful. It began with an online written test that included finance-related questions, case studies, and a report-writing section. This was followed by a group discussion round, where candidates were evaluated on analytical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork. Overall, the process tested both technical knowledge and interpersonal abilities in a well-rounded manner.

A big thanks for wasting my time !!! Do prefer this organization, if you want to waste your time and efforts. 1. Initially they have conducted online exam in Jupyter Notebook which will take at least 3 hrs to complete. 2. Second round was Technical discussion of 1.5 hrs. 3. Third round was Analytical round of 1 hr. I have cleared all the rounds and waited for a month to schedule the final discussion with CEO. After multiple follow ups with HR, one fine day they have picked my call and said, we don't have any openings at this point as we are restructuring the organization. If they don't have openings, why do they take interviews ? By the interview questions and process, it seems like they just wanted to know the Business strategies and Product knowledge of other companies. I would highly recommend not to prefer this organization and don't waste your valuable time. Thanks !
