Great interview process with the SVPs and the person who would be my direct manager. Interview process was somewhat intense in that either you knew what they were asking or you didn't. Not much room to "wing it". I appreciate that the entire interview process from talking to talent acquisition to the final interview and getting an offer letter only took about 2.5 weeks.

Explain the mechanism of action of a particular drug to the scientific community, then explain that mechanism of action to a patient or lay person.
Interview process was only about 2.5 weeks. A phone screen with the in house recruiter, an in review with VP of scientific services, and a panel interview with a Sr Scientific director (direct manager for the role) and the SVP of scientific services.
