      Client Representative Interview

      20 Mar 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Nashville, TN
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ProTenn (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2020

      Interview

3 interviews. First discussing position (no real questions), deciding if they like you (totally based off looks and personality since this is a sales role). Second asks hypothetical questions (What 3 things do you need to run a business). Third the CEO makes it seem like there was a tough competition but he decided to choose you (just to make you feel special). Be sure to ask questions about their benefits package, paid time off and travel reimbursement.

Dear reviewer, Thank you for your honest review. We appreciate all feedback, no matter the nature. Although everyone has a different perspective, we found some errors in your review. The first round interview is intended to be a meet and greet to see if there is a mutual fit between the company and the interviewee. This is so we can learn a little more about you and vice versa. The second round interview is an informational interview talking about hours, compensation, etc. This is where you learn more about the business and we can see if you're a strong candidate for the role. The third round interview is the final interview to make sure you don't have any questions and we let you know our final decision. Our managers work hard to hire strong candidates that we think would do well in the business and in no way do we sway in any direction to make you feel special. If you are chosen, we see potential within our company. Again, thank you taking the time to leave a review. Best, Human resources ProTenn
