Pretty Simple process, gave a real scenario and asked to fix that. Both Company's CEO and CFO were present to take the interview and did not ask many questions. Just wanted to see how confident the person is. As they had a freelancer to do the task before me thus they had no idea how the coding was done and asked me to explain about it.
