I’ve had several interviews with this firm, set up by a recruiter. Each time I left feeling very excited about the potential for joining the team. Yet, despite the initial positive post interview feedback it’s never materialized into an offer. I get that there’s a lot of red tape to get through in the hiring process, but by the time you get through it the interest wanes.
