Apply online with C.V. and Cover Letter. Afterwards if successful, online behavioral, situational and IQ questions.Then Telephone interview. The telephone interview is quite friendly. They will ask you all sorts of questions and just be prepared to ask some questions back. Interview took about an hour.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.
