      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Mar 2016

      Interview

There was a test first and after getting through it, I had two interviews. First with a manager from supply team and the second with the BUM. They were quite repetitive but I was informed prior that this might happen.

      Planning/Demand Manager Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Warsaw, Masovia) in Apr 2016

      Interview

I applied online through the company website. Before the interviews I had two tests. First was online aptitude test, no math or logical questions, mostly general "How would you act in such situation". Then was the Reasoning test in person at the local P&G office. This was quite standard numerical test, just practice different online versions before taking it. After completing these tests I had two interviews, both were held online, as I was living in another country. First was with one interviewer, second with two people. No professional questions, only personal. Questions were very similar to what you can find on internet about examples for P&G. Better prepare few situations, were you have solved problem/showed leadership skills/have analyzed huge amount of information/led the team etc. Questions can be asked in different way, but generally they are about these topics. Talk about situations you can describe in detail, as the most important is not in which situation you've been, but how did you come to some idea/what have you learned from situation/how and why you were thinking or doing smth in the specific way. More details you can tell - better. Interviews took about 1 hour each. All the process from application to the offer took less than two months.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell us about the time when you had to analyze huge amount of information? Describe situation when you have solved the problem, using the insight from some other area? (didn't answer for this one, btw) Tell us about the time when you have successfully led the team? ... when you were asked for an expertise? ... when you solved the problem?
