I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Alexandria, LA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Four step interview process. First step is an online assessment. Next is followed by an in person assessment if the first is passed. These are similar to an IQ test. The next step in an interview which I had on campus. The last step is an onsite interview with two interviewers. All questions are behavioral scenario questions like "tell me about a time when..." Everyone at the company is extremely friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxed.

I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cape Girardeau, MO) in Apr 2026
Interview
An initial one hour video interview before being flown out for a site tour and in person interview. Entirely behavioral questions, but they rejected me before I was on the plane home.
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Iowa City, IA)
Interview
All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
