You need to pass the online assessement. After that, they will invite you for a reasoning exam. If you pass the reasonining exam, they will send a mail about the next process. It includes forwarding the application to your chosen department. Then they will call you for your scheduled interview. You have your designated time for the interview. Interviewer is very kind.

It was honestly a draining experience. After the assessment and initial screening, I had to go through three rounds of interviews: two of which are online and the last one on-site at their office. I managed to reach the final round but still got rejected in the end. The process felt repetitive since every round focused heavily on behavioral and situational questions. They kept stressing the use of “I” and wanted every answer to highlight personal impact, which made the whole thing feel more like a test of wording than actual skills.
