I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Ciudad de Mexico) in Dec 2018
Interview
Its a long process, firstable after you register online you need to answer a personality test, after that they check your results and your resumé, they invited me to present the reasoning test at the general offices, after that if you're successful you get scheduled for an Interview, if you pass it then you must do an English exam and after that a final interview
How would you manage a situation where you have many deadlines, but your boss asks you for another (deadline/report) due the same day of the other deadlines
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
