      CDB/Account Manager Interview

      15 Aug 2009
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Aug 2009

      Interview

Online application, followed by online assessment first - these are pretty simply, PG simply wants to know that you won't still from the company should you be hired etc. Next step is IQ test in the main office. This consists of three parts - math, logic and image thinking (defining patterns). After that was a screening interview - 2:1, also in the main office. It lasted approximately 15 minutes and was easy for me since I was prepared after looking through the PG and glassdoor websites. Second interview was the hardest one - 3:1, kind of a stress interview when the interviewers try to get you out of balance. Last interview was with the head of CDB.
