Interview
Four behavioral questions and two situational questions. Very streamlined process. The interviewers wanted to know how you worked in a group, and whether or not you would be a good fit in their group

I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Iowa City, IA)
Interview
All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.
